Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Beyond Organized by Ive Bitencourt (ABN 60 807 610 401).

Quotes

Quotes are provided in writing after a free consultation and are valid for 30 days. Any change to scope will be agreed with you before extra work is done.

Bookings and cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations may incur a fee as stated in your quote.

Your belongings

You make all decisions about what is kept, donated or disposed of. We take reasonable care with your belongings at all times.

Products

Storage products are charged at cost unless otherwise agreed. Unused, unopened products can be returned within the retailer's return window.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
