What does Beyond Organized do?
Beyond Organized is a Gold Coast professional organising service led by Ive Bitencourt, a CPO accredited organiser with 12+ years' experience. We help with decluttering, whole-home organisation, wardrobes, kitchens and pantries, kids' rooms and nurseries, garages, moving and unpacking, and downsizing.
Which areas do you service?
We service the whole Gold Coast, from Coomera and Hope Island in the north to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads in the south, including Southport, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Broadbeach and the hinterland suburbs. Ask us about locations just outside the region.
How much does a professional organiser cost?
Every home is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. You always get a clear written quote after your free consultation — before any work starts, with no obligation.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free and there's no obligation. We talk about your space and goals, then send you a clear plan and quote.
Do I have to throw my things away?
No. You make every decision about your belongings. We guide the process, ask helpful questions and make letting go easier — never pushing or judging.
Do I need to be home during the session?
It's your choice. Most clients join for decluttering decisions, then Ive can work independently while you get on with your day.
Should I buy storage containers before you come?
Please don't. We work with what you already own first and only recommend products that genuinely solve a problem, with exact sizes.
What happens to the things I don't keep?
Donations go to local Gold Coast charities, recyclables go to the right recycling points and we can coordinate rubbish removal for larger clear-outs.
Is my privacy protected?
Absolutely. Everything we see in your home stays confidential. We never share photos of your home without your written permission.

About our services
Do I need to be home while you organise?
It's up to you. Most clients join for the decluttering decisions, because only you can decide what stays. Once decisions are made, Ive can work independently while you get on with your day.
Is decluttering the same as organising?
Not quite. Decluttering decides what stays; organising decides where it lives. Most sessions include both, but decluttering always comes first — there's no point organising things you don't need.
Do I need to buy new hangers?
Not necessarily, but matching slim hangers can almost double usable rail space. We'll tell you after your consultation whether it's worth it for your wardrobe.
Do I have to buy containers?
No. We can work with what you have. If containers would help, we give you a precise list with sizes, or we can source them for you and bring them on the day.
Can you set up the nursery before the baby arrives?
Yes, and it's one of our most popular services. We wash-sort baby clothes by size, set up the changing station and create a layout that makes night feeds easier.
Do you remove rubbish from the garage?
We take donations and small recycling loads. For bigger clear-outs, we arrange a skip or removal service and time it with your session.
Do you replace my removalist?
No. We work alongside your removalist. They move the heavy items; we plan, sort, pack smartly and unpack into organised spaces.
Can you help my elderly parent downsize?
Yes. We work directly with your parent at a comfortable pace and keep you updated. Many families use us because they live too far away to help in person.
